Our Mission and About Us

WA Wellness Therapy Centre is a small, new business operated by Serena Lyttle in Perth, Western Australia. Serena's mission is to provide a unique powerful healing approach to our spiritual, mental, and physical health to all who need it.

At WA Wellness Therapy Centre, an understanding that everyone is different and have a right to wellness. Our own concept and approach of wellness can be unique to us too. Recognising our unique differences, we try to provide a solution to your spiritual, mental and physical health needs.

We currently are offering Sacred Ceremonies at various locations around Perth Metro area or online. Sacred Ceremonies can be beneficial in releasing trauma and improving mental health, aligning your mind to your spirit and ground yourself into your body, clear chakras and meridians of blockages, and set life intentions for manifestation. 

Upon qualifying, the WA Wellness Therapy Centre will expand its services to include Clinical Hypnosis, Strategic Psychotherapy, Mind Detox, Synergetic Method, and Somatic Therapy. When a new service is released, we will immediately keep you posted, and you can make bookings.

Serena Lyttle

Completed a Bachelor of Health Science - Majoring in Environmental Health from Edith Cowan University in 2020. In 2024 Serena completed certification in Sacred Ceremonies and currently undertaking a Diploma in Clinical Hypnosis and Strategic Psychotherapy with the Institue of Applied Psychology and Certificate in Somatic Therapy from My Vinyasa Practice. Serena is also undertaking training to authorise as a Mind Detox Practitioner and once completed the Diploma, will complete the Synergetic Method Practitioner training.
